I am doing my masters from one of the best schools in the world that is Northeastern University in Boston. Also, I am interning as full stack developer with the Rue Gilt Groupe. I believe Ashutosh sir focuses on the following aspects that are very necessary for a student’s success

Advisor, Teacher, Role Model, Friend that’s Ashutosh sir for me ! I owe to him for all that I am today. Luckily, I met him at an age that is very crucial in a student’s life. I joined his institution when I was in 8th standard. He had a catchy board in front of his house that read “If you want to do something in Maths, click this button”. I didn’t realise it then but now when I look back I couldn’t agree more that he actually meant it. He isn’t a regular teacher who would just teach students for the sake of job, he literally lives for their welfare. The best part is that he is so good in bridging the gap between students & himself that he really puts them at ease. I started as an ordinary student with a very basic and naive idea about my career path. His classes not only helped me in building the foundation of my mathematical knowledge, but he built the foundation of my career as well. He used to share his life experiences which helped me decide what I wanted to do with my life. He helped me foresee the career tracks. Therefore, I knew from the beginning that I wanted to become a software developer. His motivation just kept me going forward. I am from a very ordinary school(Lovely Public School) from Delhi. With his inspiration and motivation I am now doing my masters from one of the best schools in the world that is Northeastern University in Boston. Also, I am interning as full stack developer with the Rue Gilt Groupe. I believe Ashutosh sir focuses on the following aspects that are very necessary for a student’s success:

Improving Academic Success

He acted as my partner rather than an adversary, which honestly helped me in being open to learning. His classrooms are more of a collaborative environment where students are more willing to listen to him and discuss with each other. I can clearly remember the math classes were a perfect balance of laughter, discussion, and learning. His classes are so fun that we actually used to wait for the next class to happen, that’s how his magic works. I was just an average student  but with his fun methods Maths looked so easy and guess what I topped in my school in CBSE 10th board examinations. More than hard work he promotes the smart work which I believe is the key to success.

Improving Student Attitude Towards Classwork

His passion for the development of students makes them willing to try harder in the classroom. Many students don’t understand that schoolwork, while it may not be fun, is beneficial for them in the long run. Unfortunately, many students view schoolwork on a superficial basis. Schoolwork is viewed as something that isn’t fun and doesn’t provide a benefit. However, his strong relationship with students and his ability to make classroom fun really makes the homework feel like a game that is fun to play.

Aiding Growth in and outside the classroom

He used to take us to the motivational movies. He took us to the watch “Taare Zameen Par” and we had this healthy conversation in the classroom the next day where we discussed about the issues with the mindset of our society. Such conversations flourishes liberal thoughts in students. He works on the overall development of a student and he will do it in a manner you would end up having a friend & not a boring professor you wouldn't wanna listen to.
