My name is Harshita Goyal and I am a Software Engineer by profession. I completed my B.Tech. in Computer Science from GLBITM, Greater Noida and then started my career with Tata Consultancy Services. I worked there for 2 years and got the opportunity to develop software for a utilities company based out of London – Thameswater Utilities Ltd. Then I got married and moved to Seattle, US where I started working as a Teaching Assistant at one of the coding bootcamps while looking for a job in an IT industry. It took me a little while but I feel like my hard work finally payed off when I got job at Amazon! Today, I am working here as a Quality Engineer and leading the Alexa International launch for North and South America markets.

Looking back 15 years (can’t believe it has actually been 15 years!!!!), I still remember the day when I first felt the need to join a coaching center for Maths and I somehow happened to talk about it with one of my friends. She told me about Ashutosh Sir and how she thinks that he’s good and then I decided to give this a try.

At that time, I didn’t know that I was going to meet an amazing person and a mentor for life but yes, it happened! Today, I barely talk to that friend of mine but I will always be thankful to her that she introduced me to Ashutosh Sir.

Ashutosh Sir is someone who is not just an amazing teacher but also a mentor, a motivator and someone you want to look up to. He knows how to make subjects easy and studying fun. He always supports and cares for his students which I believe makes him stand out from the rest of the teachers. One of his exceptional qualities is that he keeps looking for new and innovative ways to make learning more fun and interactive for his students.

I remember being good at maths since childhood , but only after I met him, I came to know how I can actually love a subject and enjoy solving problems. I remember waiting everyday to go to his classes and learn something new, probably because his classes are so much interactive. He always encourages his students to share their thoughts and ideas which also helps to gain more confidence.

I honestly believe that his ability to connect with his students is just exceptional. He always inspired and challenged me to go beyond my capabilities and today I am so glad that he did. I took his classes for 4 years – from 9th to 12th standard and honestly if I had a choice, I would have loved to come even after that. His teaching style and methods are just so amazing.

Today, although we don’t get a chance to talk a lot, but I know that whenever I need him, he will always be there for me. I feel so lucky that I met him.
