I’m Harshit Bhalla, a student of Ashutosh Sir (4 years, 2014-2018). I’ve studied both maths and science from him and without a doubt I can say that he is one of the most amazing people I have ever met. He has always been more than a teacher. He has supported me, cheered me, and guided me at every important turn in my life and I feel blessed to have had an opportunity to have him not just as my teacher, but my mentor.

I hated mathematics, right from the start. So when I got into class 9th I resisted to join tuitions because I wanted to avoid the subject as much as I could. But as time passed I realized that I have to join some classes somewhere because the hatred for the subject had transformed into fear. Fortunately, Ashutosh Sir was the first teacher I went to and it turned out to be one of the best decisions ever. His teaching methods are simple and impressive. He teaches even the most complex topics in such a manner by which the student is able to get the concept clear in his mind and he feels comfortable and confident regarding the subject. The best aspect of his teaching is that the learning of the student relies on practice and practice and practice. He makes each and every student practice a lot, and step by step the student is able to master the topics.

The atmosphere of the classroom is fun and ideal for insight learning. The time in classroom is not spent by just the teacher teaching and the students studying, the small discussions on random topics keep up the mood of the students and lights up the environment when some of us start feeling a little tired; it helps going on with the studies. During the Diwali season, he even holds a party for the students!

As a teacher he not only wants his students to score well in his subject, but he really wants each one of us to utilize all our potential and be successful in life. He often holds motivational sessions during the classes which are truly encouraging for students to give their best, come whatever may.

In these 4 years I studied maths from Ashutosh Sir, I can proudly say that I overcame my fear for mathematics and eventually fell in love with the subject. Nothing of which would have been possible without his guidance, teaching, love and most importantly his passion for teaching.
