Hello!

It all started with“If you really want to do something in Mathematics, click this button”. I feel very fortunate that I pressed that button in 2013 and met the most inspiring mentor ever, Ashutosh Sir!! Most of us have a special teacher that has a lasting effect on us, either for the knowledge they impart, the wisdom they share or the self-confidence they boost, I will say that teacher for me is Ashutosh Sir.

I have always been good in academics but when I reached in ninth standard, I realized I do not like the way maths is being taught in school. In ninth standard my brother helped me with my mathematics, he used the material provided by Ashutosh sir and I really liked it and scored good marks. In tenth standard , I joined Sir’s classes which were started by an entrance test. I loved the way he used to teach; it was so interactive that he actually made me enjoy the subject.

I got more in personal touch when I used to stay back and help him adjust the chairs after my class. From sharing movies with Ashu sir , to helping me in guiding what to choose next, we used to discuss everything. He , a tech freak, and has a great taste in movies. Sir gave me LOTR series and I swear I have those movie series like 5-6 times till now (Each movie is approx. 4 hours long). In return I shared “The Chronicles of Narnia” with sir and he really liked it and we kept sharing and suggesting movies. (Back then there was no Netflix)

He also used to organize games like chess, carrom etc. I won the chess competition among those 30-40 students. He motivated me further to practice it more and more and I got selected in my school chess team and ultimately WON CHESS ZONAL COMPETITION OF ZONE-27. When I told him about this, his three magical words were “GOD BLESS YOU” and “Shaabaash”. He has been my only motivation for that and I kept winning interschool till class 12 th .

I must not forget those motivational videos he used to run in his class  were the just booster for me, for everyone. You might be thinking now by reading this it looks all made up, but believe me, every word I’m writing is true. You have to be a student of Ashu sir to actually feel the Aura  around him.

He helped me choose PCM for my 11 th and I went for coaching for JEE. He didn’t  even force me to keep continuing his classes which many tutors might do, instead he motivated me to go for it and at the same time to keep focus on the CBSE boards part as well. I scored 90 in 12 th standard in 2016 in spite of the exam being very tough that year! All because of Ashu sir and his precious words which were in my mind always.

Ashu sir always motivates to do what you love. He once told me, not everyone can fly, if you are good at flying, fly. If you are good at running, run. If you are good at walking, walk. OR, if you are good at crawling, crawl. But do what you are best at and give your best always. He also says don’t run after money, run after passion, “Paisa apne aap aayega”. I’ve kept these precious words in my mind and it has always helped me.

We are three brothers who have studied from sir and share the same views. And I still recommend sir’s classes to everyone in their secondary or sr. secondary because it is an experience of a lifetime apart from valuable knowledge which will help anyone throughout his life.
