I’m a second-year student of B.A. (Honours) English at Ramanujan College, University of Delhi. I work as a Publicist for the Arts & Craft Society and an active member of the English Literary Society of my college. I have done multiple internships as a Content Writer and Developer.

Three years of intense mentorship and still a lot to learn from Kaushal Sir. I am glad I trusted him for my my present and future. I ushered in this expedition to improve my grades in school, but I grew and realized that it was more than that. For the first two years in the institute, I was a regular student and scored dignified marks. Kaushal Sir was the major force, driving me to opt for Commerce (with Maths).

However, I disoriented and pulled out of the institute and converged myself with another coaching. I was not even certain to leave but, the new coaching was quite pally with my family. After a few months of disassociating myself with Kaushal Sir, I started to observe other teachers. It took me a while to realize that every other teacher was money-grubbing and egocentric. My new teacher, meticulously, mentored the eminent scholars and wasn’t one of them. This was infuriating and devastating for me to be left out of the crowd. I gathered myself up and approached Kaushal Sir. It was nearly the end of a semester.

He looked at me sceptically and asked about my academic performance. I didn’t even answer and he knew I was troubled. Without any prejudice, he assured me that he would relaunch my results and get me right on track. But it was too late because 11th class was about to end. The results, you can imagine. I passed but, right on the borderline. I pledged to rise above and trust Kaushal Sir.

I joined the institute again, reunited with old friends and the hustle began. Many times, during classes, I lagged behind, got confused, gave up and what not. Kaushal Sir used to be the only one to drag me out of the void. He steadily explained every concept which I missed out on. The aura was so positive that I felt confident enough to work hard for other subjects as well. I was deft in English and he advised me to follow my instincts. I am so grateful that he believed in me and showed me the right path to tread upon. This man is unforgettable and I’m sure every student looks up to him.

Finally, in CBSE 12th, I scored 81/100 in Mathematics and 91.25% overall.
